I arrived in California this afternoon for a few days. After dinner I drove up to a spot where I have photographed the sunset in the past, Mt. Baldy in the San Bernardino Mountains. However the road through the mountains was closed. By this time sunset was pretty much happening and I had no time to drive anywhere else. I drove part way back down and stopped by the side of the road to take this shot to the south west and a very dry dam in the foreground.
